How it works
Our helpdesk specialists will log in to the user's system and fix the problem or guide the user through fixing it via interactive desktop session.
Remote administration software is not required for this service, but is strongly recommended for the sake of time, as without it, our helpdesk specialists will have to resort to blindly troubleshooting with the users without the possibility to see everything on the desktop and actively fix issues as they arise.
