Remote system administrator
Remote Administrator service is a less expensive and immediate (no travel time required) alternative to an on-site system administrator. With the help of special remote administration software, your system administrator can work remotely and do the following:
-
Update / patch operating system and security software (antivirus / firewall / anti-spyware)
-
Install new software on your request (this can be done in non-working hours to avoid distracting users)
-
Fix problems in installed software and operating system
-
Add new services to the network (e. g. install server software and make sure users can connect to the server)
-
Configure firewall, antivirus software and user's machines for optimal performance
-
Configure network hardware (routers / switches / Wi-Fi access points / etc)
-
Backup important data according to a backup plan
-
Prevent internal and external virus and hackers attacks
-
Recover computers from viruses / malware / spyware and hackers attacks in the unlikely event that they were able to access the system
-
Anything else essential to providing you with a smooth working experience, where you don't have to pay attention to technical issues and can instead concentrate on the task at hand.
Supported systems
We support all versions of Windows operating system and all popular flavors of UNIX. If you have at least one Unix server on your network, we can install and configure Nagios monitoring program for an additional fee that varies with the number of computers that need to be monitored and types of installed operating systems.
